	We take as much care in shipping your chocolate orders as we do in making them. For the warmer months (April thru October) or temperatures over 72 degrees, we offer a special, insulated shipping cold pack for which we add $7.50 to the shipping charge. If you are not sure as to whether the cold pack should be added, you will have the option of allowing us to make the decision for you based on weather conditions in the ship-to area. We check the weather on every shipment to ensure the good arrival of your order.
	Please note: We cannot be responsible for the condition of your chocolate order upon arrival if weather conditions dictate that it should be cold packed, but you do not choose the cold pack option or allow us to make the decision in your best interest.
	We do not keep stock on hand. Chocolates are made fresh when ordered. Small orders usually ship within 48 hours. Larger orders will ship within 5-7 business days.
